They're permanent. Besides -- isn't is a great coincidence that I practically died yesterday, and today I just so happen to have a new mark?

Mar 13, 2010 - I have been to the doctors about these things numerous times. I wouldn't bother except that I feel like I am about to kick he bucket and I think they might be able to do a check up to see if I am ok. It is always a complete and utter waste of time going to see any doctor. They never do a thing or do any real checkup. They just cry: Panic attack! and send you home with the left side of your body all numb, 1/2 blacking out and your face twitching.

Mar 16, 2010 - quitting smoking by itself can and very well may make you unhappy, not feeling well, depressed, anxious, trouble sleeping, etc. its the effects on your brain from not having the normal level of dopamine that it usually has -- because the cigarettes would raise your dopamine level. once your brain adjusts to not having any nicotine, it wll gradually level out its' chemicals such as dopamine, and the symptoms will reside. i have no idea what happened to your arm though. maybe you got bit by a bug?

Mar 16, 2010 - I quite smoking because of this. I was smoking when this happened. It had nothing to do with quitting smoking, and I didn't get bitten by a bug. I wake up with marks often. It has been 6 days since I quit now. I feel much better. See my latest video.
